SHIPPING POLICY
we ship WORLDWIDE! if you want it we will try our best to get it to you. we just need a CORRECT address with any apt or house #'s. please double check shipping address and sizes before ordering.
we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, broken, or wrong sized orders.
if you have a problem with your order please contact me and the USPS office closest to you with the tracking number i have provided. I will do my best to find or fix your item!
shipping will include tracking or a customs number.
the basic price for USA shipment is 8$ and can go up to 30$ depending on how much you order/weight. all basic orders are 8$. takes 2-7 days
International orders start at 15$ and go up to 50$ depending again on how much you order and weight,. and take 2-8 weeks
handling and processing can take 1-8 days. my post office is closed on weekends.
custom and pre-orders times are up to 12 weeks
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are accepted if the customer wants to send the item back within a timely period of receiving ( no longer then 3 weeks after receiving an order)
customs i do not accept returns unless the item brakes or is at my fault.
custom and pre-made orders can be canceled but with a small fee depending how far along or how custom the item is.
for custom orders and made to orders please allow up to 12 weeks for shipment !
